I did my internship at Adopt cap sacré coeur from November 20 to December 16.
I had no fixed time, Monday I was from 14h to 20h, Tuesday it was 9h to 16h, Wednesday and Sunday I was off, Thursday I was 8:30 to 17h30 and Friday and Saturday it was from 12h to 20h.
During my internship I was in charge of the customer relationship that is to say advise products on perfumes, shower gel, scrub and also aesthetic, I was also in charge of managing stocks and new arrivals and carry out the restocking of products on the shelf.
The sellers have the objective of making a basket of minimum 25 € per customer!
I was lucky to be able to make baskets with very high amounts because my internship was during the holiday period so that customers came to make their Christmas purchases.
For the holidays we had the objective to sell as many boxes as possible because all the Adopt of the island had organized a challenge to see which would sell the most boxes.
My highest basket was over 150€ of boxes.
During this internship I was able to learn a lot of luck in the field of customer relations and it allowed me to gain more confidence and gain more confidence.
Unfortunately there are disadvantages in the field of cosmetics such as jealousy towards interns and the lack of professionalism of store employees.
