During my four-week internship at Fermes et Jardins, under the supervision of my mentor, Ms. Fumonde Marie Paul . I devoted 35 hours per week to it. My hours were from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Despite the absence of Days off , I Had a lunch break From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM .
My work was not carried out outside.
Even unpaid, I worked without special clothing. Which proved to be a challenge as I had to approach customers to make them aware of my affiliation with the team.
My Responsibilities during this internship included prospecting and direct interaction with clients .
I was tasked with understanding their needs in a versatile manner and responding effectively .
Despite the lack of remuneration, the atmosphere within the team was pleasant however. The necessity to approach clients would have been facilitated by distinctive clothing .
My experience was marked by the completion of varied tasks. Collaboration with a supportive team , and valuable assistance from my mentor in gaining autonomy .
Despite the absence of remuneration , I found my balance and felt confident and at ease throughout the intership this experience allowed me to develop professional skills and contribute significantly to the team .
In conclusion, although the internship presented challenges such as the lack of remuneration . And the need to communicate effectively with clients, it was a rewarding learning opportunity .
I asquired practical skills , strengthened my self confidence , and broadened my professional horizons within the Farms & Gardens team .
