My internship is to take place at ishop Sainte Suzanne located in the crossroads. For me, this internship was a discovery because I have never done another internship in my life.
My schedules were quite quiet I start at 10 a.m. to finish at 6 p.m., every day from Tuesday to Saturday. I was accompanied by a great team that was able to highlight me and teach me the basics of sales. And my tutor was Mr. braz who is also the manager of the shop. I was considered a real salesman of the store.
During my first days, I had some difficulty approaching customers despite the knowledge of Apple products or other I was stressed. At the end of the 4th day I took much more confidence and expressing myself orally to sell any product had become normal as if I had done it all my life. I very quickly understood the customer’s need and directed him to the products useful for them.
This first internship in the professional world is going very well for me, I fell with a team that has been able to put me in confidence with the products and contact with customers. And from the relational side I learned a lot of things and a lot of sales technique that made it possible to conclude a very nice sale such as products with more than €4000. Of course I still have a lot to learn but I can’t wait to be at the next internship in a new company to allow me to develop any new skill.
