URBAN SPORT oi

A) I worked at Urban Sport. The manager of the sports and wellness center was Mr. Alan Menahes.
I started my internship at Urban Sports on November 20th and finished on December 16th, 2023. I worked from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. I worked 35 hours per week. My internship lasted 4 weeks. I had breaks every Wednesday. I took my lunch breaks at 11 am.

B) I worked indoors during my internship. I had access to the reception area.It was tidy and welcoming. I wasn’t paid at all. I didn’t wear special clothes. The only thing the manager told me was to dress as I wished but appropriately.

C) The tasks I did during my internship were making phone calls, welcoming clients, doing registrations, and giving tours of the facility for new members who wanted to sign up.

D) My colleagues were very welcoming and helpful. When I had some difficulties or didn’t understand, they explained without actually helping me, as I could manage on my own.

E) I worked as part of a team.

F)Most of the time, it was my colleague who helped me, or the boss.

G ) I felt safe, the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
